Destroy All Humans! is a video game franchise made by Pandemic Studios, Locomotive Games, and Sandblast Games. The first two games are available for the PlayStation 2 and Xbox game consoles while the third is only available for the Wii. The fourth installment will be out for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on November 3, 2008 (North America) and December 30, 2008 (EU).

The games take place on Earth where Furon Cryptosporidium, also known as Crypto, is tasked by his superiors to gather Furon DNA locked inside human brains in order to save his race from extinction. In the first game, Crypto's objectives also include an attack on the humans and the discovery of what happened to his previous clone. The second game sees Crypto hunting for revenge (after the KGB try to assassinate him and successfully destroy the mothership) as well as exterminating the alien Blisk. The first game takes place in the 1950s. The second game takes place in 1969; the third game takes place in the early 1970s; and the fourth in the late 1970s.
